How to Submit a Bug Report
When reporting an issue, you’ll be guided through a structured template that includes:

Provide a clear and detailed description of what the bug is, and how to reproduce it step by step. -
Environment (Required)
Mention your device, operating system, and any relevant context.
Example: Samsung Galaxy S23 / Windows 11 -
Expected Result (Required)
Explain what should happen if the bug didn’t exist.
Example: The app should navigate to the next screen after tapping the button. -
Issue Frequency
Indicate how often this bug occurs:
Once, Sometimes (10%), Often (20–80%), or Always (100%) -
Error Log
Share any relevant error messages, console output, or stack traces that could help us diagnose the issue. -
Workaround Solution
If you’ve found a temporary workaround or hack to bypass the issue, please share it here. -
File Uploads
You can attach screenshots, screen recordings (video), or other supporting files:- Images:
