[Patch Notes] Lua API Updates, Script Fixes, and More

Hello, everyone!
With the latest Studio update, we’d like to share the newly implemented features and bug fixes included in this version.


:brain: Lua API

  • Implemented typeof function
  • Implemented Model:SetPrimaryPartCFrame function

:receipt: Script-Related

  • Added an option to automatically clear previous test logs each time you run a new test
    (Go to Settings → Check "Clear Log")
  • Fixed a bug where changing the Spotlight color inside a LocalScript under the PlayerScripts folder would not apply
  • Fixed a bug where server scripts could not play sound
  • Fixed an issue where newly created scripts would share the same source unintentionally

:inbox_tray: Import-Related

  • Fixed a bug where importing multiple 3D assets would cause previously imported assets to be included again during the process

In addition, we’ve made solid progress on other features such as lighting, so we hope to share some exciting updates with you very soon.
