:tada: Continuous Incentive Program for Creators

We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of a continuous incentive program designed to reward your creativity and passion!

  • Incentives will be based on the performance of your live games during the official measurement period (announced separately).

:stopwatch: Current Measurement Period

  • From: June 30 at 00:00 AM (KST)
  • To: July 6 at 11:59 PM (KST)

During this time, we’ll be actively running marketing campaigns in regions like the U.S. and Brazil, leading to a higher influx of players.
That means it’s the perfect opportunity to launch as many fun and engaging games as possible and aim for big incentives and unforgettable profits!


:thinking: What if I’m already participating in the Competition?

Great question!
This incentive program is separate from the Korea Virtual Convergence Developers Competition, and you can receive rewards from both in principle.

However, the competition’s live period is July 12 – August 12, which unfortunately doesn’t overlap with the current incentive period.
So, your competition games may need to aim for the next measurement window to qualify for this incentive.


:bar_chart: How Does the Incentive Work?

  • We measure D+1 Retention: This is the percentage of new users who return the day after first playing your game.
  • Each game is measured individually. If you publish 3 games, you can potentially earn incentives 3 times!
  • Once you complete an incentive tier during a measurement period, you must reach the next tier in the following period to receive rewards again.

Examples:

  • :white_check_mark: Game A reaches 15% retention in this round →
    Next round, Game A must hit 20% or 25% to earn another reward
  • :white_check_mark: Game A hits 20% now →
    Next round, needs to hit 25% for additional payout
